Ultra-low friction coefficient (0.05-0.1), reducing sliding resistance

Wear resistance is 5-7 times that of traditional metal slides, and has a long service life

Weather resistance remains stable at extreme temperatures (-269℃ to 80℃)

Roller Bearing Pads:

UHMWPE can be used for gaskets or bearing sleeves in pulley systems to improve wear resistance and shock absorption performance.

Sealing Strips & Weather Stripping:

UHMWPE has good self-lubrication and flexibility, suitable for door and window sealing systems, preventing dust and rain from entering, and reducing wind noise.

Application scenarios: industrial warehouse doors, cold storage doors, household doors and windows

Advantages:

Strong weather resistance, not easy to age or deform

Maintain elasticity in low temperature environment, will not harden and crack

Low water absorption, resistant to moisture corrosion

Thermal Insulation & Spacer Strips:

UHMWPE has good thermal expansion stability and can be used as an insulation component for door and window frames to improve overall energy saving effects.

3 Door and Window Buffer and Anti-collision Components

Shock Absorbing & Impact-Resistant Pads:

UHMWPE has excellent impact resistance and is used for high-frequency opening doors (such as industrial doors and automatic doors) buffer components, which can reduce the direct impact between the door frame and the door leaf and extend the service life.
