Ball mill equipment lining installation: The first is to install a large ball mill equipment lining should be cleaned of the internal grease of the cylinder. The second is to install the lining plate of large ball mill equipment to ensure that the gap is not more than 16mm. The spiral of the fixed lining should be carefully padded with sealing packing and gasket to prevent leakage of mineral powder. If there is no sealing gasket, it should be corresponding. The position is wrapped around two cotton cords or hemp plus lead oil.
 
A layer (1:2) of cement mortar should be applied to the inner wall of the cylinder during installation and screwed tightly before solidification. Whether it is the installation of large ball mill equipment, or the installation of medium ball mill or small ball mill, it must be installed under the guidance of the technical staff of the ball mill manufacturer. Large ball mill equipment must be installed on a solid reinforced concrete that has been dried.
 
The base of the large ball mill equipment is not allowed to have significant inclination and sinking. If there is a little sinking, it should be balanced and level, otherwise it cannot be installed. The foundation and low plane of this type of mill should be of sufficient height to be used for the replacement of the liner and the grinding media. The basic design can be referred to the basic part drawing of the large ball mill equipment, but the drawing cannot be used directly as the basic construction work drawing.
