Use CNC cutting machine / CNC sawing machine to cut to size.
Pay attention to the flatness and burr-free edges to ensure seamless joints or accurate fit of toothed structures. - Surface texture processing
Process anti-slip textures (such as diamond texture, tic-tac-toe texture, and pockmark texture) to improve ground friction.
It can be directly formed during molding, or processed by rolling, engraving, and laser engraving. - Connection structure processing
Process connection holes or splicing buckle grooves (such as hand holes, round holes, plum blossom holes, and toothed edges).
Add metal fasteners, nylon connection ropes, or quick-release pins to facilitate on-site laying and connection. - Enhanced structure design (optional)
For heavy-duty floor mats, steel mesh, glass fiber reinforcement layer, and aluminum plate can be embedded in the middle of the plate to increase rigidity.
Steel handles and lifting rings can also be embedded for easy lifting and transportation. - Inspection and delivery
