Advantages:
Lightweight and easy to carry: The weight is only about 1/8 to 1/10 of that of a steel plate, and one person can move a small pad.
Rust-proof and corrosion-resistant: Suitable for harsh environments such as humidity, acid and alkali, and seaside;
Impact and wear resistance: HDPE/UHMW-PE both have good toughness and compression resistance;
Flexible adaptation to terrain: Can fit uneven roads such as grass, sand, and mud;
Quick installation: Can be spliced and fixed with locks, suitable for rapid deployment;
Rich anti-slip patterns: Optional diamond pattern, serrated pattern, tortoise pattern, etc.
Disadvantages:
Limited load limit: Conventional HDPE board can bear about 30-80 tons (depending on thickness), not suitable for overweight equipment;
Susceptible to thermal expansion: May expand slightly under high temperature and sunlight;
May deform under long-term heavy load (can be solved by thickening)
