UHMWPE sheet “cloud blue” is a soft and natural color mixing visual style, usually between ice blue, gray blue, and white, with a hazy gradient and layering. The following is a color scheme suggestion suitable for the molding process:

Note: Color mixing should avoid completely uniform stirring, retain the color entanglement, distortion, and smudge feeling, in order to form a “cloud” effect.
Key points of the molding process:
Molding temperature: about 180–210°C;
Pressure control: the thicker the plate, the higher the pressure, to avoid excessive flow and damage to the pattern;
Mixing method: manual pre-mixing or drum light mixing, high-speed color mixing is not recommended;
Cooling method: natural slow cooling or in-mold water cooling is recommended to avoid pattern deformation due to rapid cooling.

The plate presents a soft, gradual blue-white transition;
Like clouds floating in the blue sky, with a slight ripple texture;
Very suitable for ice simulation, skateboard surface, decorative plate and other purposes.
