4. When supporting, ensure that the whole machine is in a horizontal state, and the horizontal allowable deviation does not exceed 3°.

5. When the outrigger pad of the plastic sleeper crane is extending or retracting the outrigger, the outrigger rotation range is a dangerous area, and personnel may be pinched in this range.

6. When the outrigger pad is supported, all outriggers must be extended in place to ensure sufficient support area, otherwise, there is a risk of tipping over.

7. The boom must be supported as required before the machine can be operated; the outrigger must be retracted and placed on the main support of the boom before the legs can be retracted.

8. If there are factors that reduce stability, the boom must be retracted immediately, and after elimination, it must be supported again as required.
